Composition
RETINDUO® Technology: Combining retinol and retinal with a bioavailability booster, RETINDUO® accelerates cellular turnover, supporting the dispersion of established pigment and restoration of luminosity without compromising skin integrity.
Reoxderm® Technology: A patented antioxidant and immunomodulating technology that protects the skin barrier and regulates oxidative stress, helping to reduce inflammation, support repair and enhance skin tolerance.
Tranexamic Acid: A key ingredient in prescriptive pigmentation protocols, tranexamic acid is clinically proven to influence keratinocytes and melanocytes, helping regulate and reduce melanin production and inflammation.
Niacinamide: Inhibits melanin transfer from melanocytes to keratinocytes, helping reduce visible pigmentation and improve overall skin tone and clarity. Targets reactivity by strengthening the skin barrier.
Acetyl Glucosamine: Reduces pigmentation by inhibiting melanin production and improves skin quality.
Moisturising Repair System: Working alongside the pigment correction system, the moisturising repair system supports skin hydration and barrier function, with ingredients including camelina oil to restore the lipid barrier, calendula extract to soothe and calm the skin and anti-inflammatory Bisabolol.
How to use
Choose a retinoid potency level based on your skin’s sensitivity and prior experience with medical-grade retinoids:
- Potency Level 1: Recommended for sensitive skin and individuals new to medical-grade retinoids.
- Potency Level 2: Suitable for skin that has acclimated to medical-grade retinoids.
- Potency Level 3: A step-up option after adjusting to and using potency level 2 daily. The potency level 3 step-up should be done under the guidance of a skin clinic practitioner.
Apply to clean, dry skin in the evening, avoiding the eye area. Start gradually and increase frequency as tolerated, following the ALLSKIN | MED Retinization Process and practitioner guidance to achieve nightly use, typically over a 4–5-week period.
